DEFINITIONS

“Application” refers to the Hexawriter desktop application, which includes all of its features, functionalities, and content.
“Company” is Hexawriter.
“Use” encompasses access, interact, operate, generate content with, transmit, receive, download, upload, and any equivalents within the context of the Application.
“Using” includes accessing, interacting, operating, generating content with, transmitting, receiving, downloading, uploading, or any equivalents.
“Content” includes but is not limited to: articles, text, information, data, files, software, graphics, images, videos, multimedia, or materials generated through or provided by the Application.
“Terms of Service” or “Terms” refer to the contents of this document.

ACCEPTANCE

By Using the Application or any of its features, you signify (1) your agreement to these Terms of Service, (2) your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service, and (3) your agreement to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the Application.

If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

This version maintains the structure and intent of the original while clearly defining terms relevant to Hexawriter.

It’s important to ensure that your Terms of Service accurately reflect the functionality and use cases of your app, as well as any legal requirements specific to the services you provide.

RESTRICTIONS

Modify or create derivative works based on the Content generated by the Application.
Use the Application or its Content through any means other than the provided user interface and functionality of the Application itself, including but not limited to automation software, bots, scripts, or any non-manual means.

PERMISSION

If you have not been previously granted a temporary license that has terminated according to these Terms of Service, then you are hereby granted a temporary license to use the Application and to download Content generated by the Application for transitory viewing only.

This temporary license is subject to automatic termination if you violate any of the restrictions contained in these Terms of Service.

Upon termination of your temporary license, you are prohibited from using the Application and from accessing, downloading, or otherwise consuming any Content generated by the Application.

DISCLAIMER

Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Content generated by the Application, or the Application itself.

Any reliance you place on such Content is strictly at your own risk. In no event will the Company be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of the Application or the Content generated by the Application.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

Content generated by the Application may include technical, typographical, photographic errors, or any other types of errors. Use of the Content is at your own risk.

The Company may make changes to the Content at any time without notice. However, the Company does not make any commitment to update the Content.

MODIFICATIONS

The Terms of Service may be revised at any time without notice. By using the Application or any Content generated by the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

GOVERNING LAW

The Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Application shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The place of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
