Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your HexaWriter subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your HexaWriter account.
• Navigate to the ‘Account’ or ‘Subscription’ section.
• Select the option to cancel your subscription.

Please note that uninstalling the HexaWriter app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation process outlined above to ensure that your subscription is properly terminated.

Refund Policy

HexaWriter offers a “no questions asked” 14-day refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team at [email protected]
• Provide your HexaWriter account email address
• Optionally you can provide the reason for the refund request.
• Our support team will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
